I wrote this piece in the end this year.
2009 is running to its end and it is time to look back and forward.
When looking back, we often think about the people who died this year. I have friends who lost their mother, nieces and nephews who lost their father...
Some of the deceased were well know to everyone, like Natasha Richardson, Maurice Jarre, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, David Carradine, Ted Kennedy, Patrick Swayze, Ramses Shaffy, Roy Disney and many others. I was very touched by the suicide of belgian singer Yasmine (Hilde Rens) in june, who’s music I liked very much.
This song is dedicated to all these people, and I hope they found serenity...
This song is also dedicated to all of you...
In our mad rush world, may the new year bring some moments of serenity...

A couple of days later I wrote this song...
"All My Dreams", for all those days that end in shame...
I recorded the first demo of this song in 2007, but now finally there is a new arrangement and music video...
Beware, some of the images in the video are not for the faint-hearted...

My dear friend Geert Amant recently released his new cd “Indigo”.
I was honoured to participate in this project by creating the artwork for the booklet, invitations, posters etc...
I tried to picture Geert in a way to capture his spirit, in his favourite landscape in the beautiful Ardèche...

"Collaborations" by Artie Q
"COLLABORATIONS", the new album by my friend Artie Q.
He collaborated with me on my "Dreams Are Buried Here" project, of which the song "Falling" appears also on this cd. Also on the cd is "Chislehurst Rose" for which I provided the orchestration.
The cd contains 14 exquisite songs with various talented artists.
