Jojo Project
In the past months Karin participated in the Jojo Project with her ceramics studio.
The project was founded by Lana Van Den Brulle in memory of her father Jo, who passed away on march 12 2005.
Jo was a theater director who created theater productions with people with a mental disability. His aim was to show the whole world which talents lie hidden in these people.
When she started with the project, Lana went looking for various people of the art world to collaborate in this project and Karin was one of them.
This time the project was about art so the artists and techniques involved were painting, drawing, ceramics, photography.
In several sessions and in different workshops artworks were created with people with disabilities and artists.
In the end exhibitions were held and the artworks were sold to raise money for future projects.
